AI readiness
for marketers
We spend two weeks looking at the data, tools, workflows, reporting and ownership behind the AI work you want to do. You get a readiness scorecard and a 90-day roadmap.

What we assess
See what your marketing operation can support today
AI can only work with the systems behind it. We look at four areas, find the gaps and spell out what needs to change before you put AI into production.
CRM data
We look at lifecycle stages, ownership rules and customer fields. Any gaps here will carry into AI-based segmentation and scoring.
Handoffs between tools
We follow data as it moves between marketing, sales, analytics and automation. That shows us where context gets lost and where people have to patch the process by hand.
Reporting logic
We compare the definitions behind campaign, pipeline and revenue reports. If the dashboards disagree, we find out why.
Ownership
We pin down where AI can help, where a person needs to review the work, who signs it off and who steps in when something goes wrong.
How it works
Two weeks, then a clear plan
- 01
Start with the work itself
We speak to the people doing the work, inspect the systems they use and trace each priority AI use case from input to decision.
- 02
Find what would break
We score the four areas and trace each problem back to its cause. You see exactly what would stop each use case from working reliably.
- 03
Decide what to fix first
We turn the findings into a 90-day plan. It names the owner of each task, what it depends on and the decisions leadership needs to make.
What you get
- A readiness scorecard showing where you stand in each of the four areas
- A list of the blockers affecting the AI work you want to do
- A 90-day plan with an owner for each task
- A brief to help you decide what to implement and what it will require
Why Darwin
We've built the systems that come next
Darwin has delivered 200+ digital projects and holds a 4.9/5 Clutch rating.
Lead qualification implementation · Within 2 months
A kitchen and interior design company had lead signals spread across several systems. Darwin connected them and built an AI-assisted qualification workflow for the team's existing process.
Before you book
A few common questions
What do we get after two weeks?
You get a readiness scorecard and a list of the blockers affecting your priority use cases. We also give you a 90-day plan that says who owns each task and what needs to happen first, plus a brief you can use to decide on implementation.
Does the sprint include implementation?
No. The sprint ends with a plan. If you want Darwin to implement it, we can scope that work separately.
How much does the AI Readiness Sprint cost?
We confirm the price after a short call. It depends on how many people and systems are involved, and how complex your AI use cases are. Implementation is priced separately.
