Yuliya has over 14 years of experience working with clients, with a career spanning sales, team management, data analytics, and business development. Since starting her career in 2012, she has worked with people across different roles and industries, developing a strong understanding of client relationships and business needs.

Yuliya's background in data analytics adds a technical perspective to her work in partnerships. Before taking on her current role, she worked on client reporting projects at Darwin, dealing directly with business requirements, data quality, and changes to reporting logic. She understands the questions that need to be addressed when discussing a potential project because she has worked through many of them herself.

Her move into partnerships grew out of her interest in Darwin's projects and the people behind them. Having worked alongside the technical team, she wanted to introduce more businesses to the work they were doing and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Today, as Director of Partnerships, Yuliya develops client relationships, discusses business priorities and project requirements, and identifies opportunities where Darwin's expertise can support clients' goals.
