Want to know why marketing systems break as companies scale, and what it takes to make them reliable?

Ask Sergey Kisly, Founder and CEO of Darwin.

Sergey has worked at the technical edge of marketing since 2004. While still at university, he was building an Ad Exchange Server to understand how digital advertising actually worked beneath the campaign layer. Since then, he has spent 20+ years inside the systems behind marketing: data infrastructure, CRM and marketing automation integrations, tracking, attribution, consent, and AI readiness.

Before founding Darwin, Sergey contributed to early R2B platform development. At Darwin, he has led and participated in 200+ web, data, integration, and AI engineering projects for enterprise and B2B SaaS teams, including long-term work with companies such as Seagate, Audi, Namely, Cleo, and VTS.

His point of view is simple: most marketing problems are system problems. When executives cannot trust pipeline reports, attribution, campaign performance, lifecycle data, or AI outputs, the root cause sits in the infrastructure producing those numbers.

Sergey helps B2B leaders diagnose and rebuild the operational foundation underneath marketing: data governance, tracking and consent, CRM and automation architecture, vendor and tool selection, attribution, AI readiness, and the integrations that make the stack behave like one reliable system.

His goal is to help companies stop running marketing on fragile workarounds and start making decisions from systems they can trust.
