That curiosity has shaped every step of his career ever since.Over the past 20+ years, Andrei has built software, automation systems, websites, and technical infrastructure for businesses. Early in his career, he modernized legacy accounting software, programmed industrial controllers.

Today, he leads Darwin's engineering team, helping B2B companies build AI systems, automation, websites, and digital products.

Complex technical challenges are where Andrei feels most at home. He enjoys finding the root cause, exploring different approaches, and solving problems that take time to figure out. That mindset shapes the way he approaches every project.
